Most Help Customer Review

Fantastic portable GPS!, June 24, 2011

Love this transportable GPS! I researched GPS devices for six months
before selecting this one. The screen is simple to scan in bright daylight,
the text-to-speech is flawless, and satellite lock is decently fast, though
not as fast joined would really like it to be. I used this device within the
hills close to Yosemite and it worked on very little facet roads and in slim
valleys too.

Bluetooth connectivity is spectacular. Once the GPS has paired together

with your cellphone, you'll be able to pull up your cellphone's phonebook
on the GPS screen and hit the "dial" button right there. Sweet!!
But wait, it gets sweeter. you'll be able to find some extent of interest

(e.g. a restaurant) within the GPS database, research its details,
and hit "dial" to decision it RIGHT FROM YOUR GPS SCREEN! No ought
to whip out your phone from your pocket and punch within the variety.

You can't beat the free traffic and free lifetime map updates. Garmin

released 2 new maps throughout the four months that I owned this
device (after that it absolutely was stolen from my automobile.)
Some individuals complain regarding the unsolicited coupons that
show up as a part of the traffic service, however in my four months of
possession I saw perhaps half-dozen coupons, and people too were
displayed when the traffic cable was connected and therefore the GPS
was booting up.

Although I used to be initially circumspect regarding the suction mount,

I found that it works alright if you treat it gently.

All in all, this is often an excellent GPS device that I'll most likely

purchase once more (to replace the one that was stolen, of course).
