Garmin nüvi 265W/265WT 4.3-Inch Widescreen Bluetooth Portable GPS Navigator with Traffic
I got this unit for Christmas, 2008. though this is often the primary GPS that I've owned, i have been passenger on several journeys with a lover who has Nuvi 350 therefore i used to be already conversant in Garmin. The unit I bought had the 2009 maps, and therefore the firmware was fairly recent. Firmware, etc has since been updated to most up-to-date version(s).
My selection dropped to the nuvi 265WT, 765T or 760. The 760 may be a premium unit for a discount price due it's being last years model, whereas the 765T had the options I wished however continues to be expensive since it is a new model. within the finish I opted for 265WT since it had the updated/new options that the 760 did not have and was at the worth that i used to be willing to pay. I didn't very contemplate alternative brands, though my impression is that alternative brands supply additional "bells and whistles" however suffer within the areas of simple use and reliability.
